YOUR TANKS SAY BACKORDERED, CAN I GET ONE?
With the recent popularity of the galvanized tanks being used for pools and spas, we have not been able to keep tanks in stock. In order to get a tank you MUST order the tank on line, this puts your name on the list and you are “inline”. We are filling our oldest orders first and working our way to the most recent orders. We are receiving a truckload of tanks on June 1 and the next truck is scheduled for the beginning of July. Once we have sorted and put tanks with orders we will be calling people to schedule an appointment for them to come and pick up their tank or set a delivery time. If you ordered a tank to late and we are not able to fulfill your order with the size you selected you will also receive a call to discuss the option of selecting another size that we still have or waiting until July. Your patience is appreciated as we get through this, if you have any questions emailing is a preferred method as we are not able to handle the phone traffic and you will most likely get a voice mail.
ARE THE TANKS EASY TO TRANSPORT BY PICKUP TRUCK?
Actually YES! Most tanks are quite easy to move with a pickup. All of the round end tanks will fit nicely with a strap over them, some of the longer ones will however hang off the back of the tailgate. The smaller round tanks fit into the bed of most pickup trucks as well. When it comes to the 7′ and 8′ tanks, they sit on top of the bed rails and using 2″ tie-downs in an X we secure them to in bed tie-down mounts. Please note you will need to bring good quality strong straps, string or bungee cords are NOT ok to hold a tank onto a pickup. The larger 9′ and 10′ tanks are considered “oversize loads” and have special requirements with the MTO for transporting that you will need to deal with if picking up your 9 or 10-foot tank. When you are here our friendly staff are happy to assist you in getting the tank onto your vehicle however we can only recommend ways of securing your load, we can in no way assume any liability for any damages caused due to an unsecured load.
IT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE DRIVER TO ENSURE THEIR LOAD IS SECURE THE ENTIRE TRIP.
HOW LONG BEFORE YOUR NEXT ORDER OF TANKS COME IN?
Galvanized steel stock tanks are definitely the hottest item of 2020 so far. If you are looking to purchase one and see that it is not currently in stock have a quick check of other sizes close to what you want because we might just have one of those. However, our current order of tanks is scheduled to arrive at the end of May and with all of the backorders that we currently have, we will be filling those with the oldest orders FIRST.
So go ahead and get your order in NOW to reserve your tank for this year, with the incredible demand for them this year we may experience major shortages from the manufacturer later in the season.
HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO SHIP A PRODUCT TO ME?
This is by far the most difficult question to answer, we are working with multiple logistics companies to get better rates across the country, however … Quoting for all of Ontario is done in the shopping cart, in some instances, we may be required to do a manual quote and get back to you if this is the case you will be asked for your information. Quoting freight is very time-consuming so it may take a few days to happen, even longer when we are very busy. Galvanized tanks, especially the large ones are very expensive to ship outside of provinces that do not have a store in them, they take up so much deck space on the trailer and the largest ones will have an oversize freight charge added to them.
HOW MUCH IS A PARTICULAR PRODUCT AND DO YOU HAVE IT?
We have put an incredible amount of effort and time into making our website as complete as possible. ALL product pricing is online along with the inventory of the Ontario store. We are working on getting the Edmonton store online soon but for now you have to call them to find out if they have what you are needing.
WHY HAS NO ONE RESPONDED TO MY CALL OR EMAIL YET?
We are so very sorry. These are very unusual times that we all have to adjust to. Our galvanized stock tank sales have increased drastically to the point where we cannot keep inventory or handle the work load all at once, forcing us to do what we can where we can. We are answering all the emails in the order that they are received. Quebec inquiries are especially difficult because we do not have a franchise there yet, once we partner with someone to open a store in QC then all emails will be forwarded to them to handle. Please be patient and kind, stay safe and we will all get through this together.
WHAT CAN I EXPECT AFTER I PLACE MY ORDER?
Once your order is placed on line we will pick your order from inventory unless your order was on backorder. Once we have checked your order over and everything is right then you will receive an email confirming your order is ready for you to pick up in store if that is the option you chose. If you chose a shipping option you will either receive a phone call from our shipping department to schedule a time for delivery of your order OR you will receive an email giving you the shipping details and tracking number of the shipment. Please be patient, if you are waiting for a phone call to schedule delivery, we DO NOT offer next day deliveries and on average it takes at least a week to schedule.
WHY CAN I NOT GET THE WEBSITE TO CALCULATE SHIPPING?
We are currently dealing with inaccuracies with our shipping calculator outside of Ontario so we have turned it off. We apologize for the inconvenience and we are working on a solution. We currently have a store in Ontario and in Edmonton, from those two stores we can handle sales in our respective provinces, Getting large stock tanks to people outside of these provinces is becoming more difficult as shipping costs rise beyond what is feasible. Please be patient as we work on the oldest emails first.

DO ALL THE TANKS HAVE A DRAIN PLUG IN THEM?
YES! … and no.
Almost all of the tanks have a standard 3/4″ NPT threaded hole with plug included. However some of the very smallest tanks do not need them as they do not hold enough water to justify the drain plug.
