Our online catalog is constantly growing, it is possible that not all of our products are listed yet. If you have any questions or would like to order a product you don’t see online just give us a call at 1.800.962.1606.

All orders ship complete. Orders for in-stock products received before noon typically ship next business day. Orders containing out of stock products ship in 1-6 weeks. Custom/built-to-order products take 14-21 business days to ship.

Methods of Payment

All prices are in CDN.

Credit Cards VISA and Mastercard are accepted for purchases up to $ 10,000.00.  A 2% surcharge may be applied for larger credit card orders. All transactions are secure and encrypted ensuring your card details and personal info is protected.

VISA Mastercard

Email Money Transfer Email Money Transfers are accepted for all orders up to $2500.00. You will receive the required details after your order has been placed. Your order will be processed after payment is confirmed.

Interac e-Transfer

Direct Bank Transfer Bank Transfers are accepted for all orders.  As an alternative to a bank transfer,  you can take a certified cheque from your bank to your local TD Canada Trust and deposit it to the account information that you will receive after you place your order. Your order will be processed after payment has cleared.

Orders are subject to applicable provincial GST or HST based on shipping address.


Livestock Equipment Canada ships throughout Canada. Orders can also be picked up in Waterford, ON > Get Directions

Courier Most small parts and accessories can ship via courier however many of our other products are too large/heavy to ship via courier and must be shipped via freight. If your order contains an oversize/overweight product that cannot be shipped via courier, this option will not be available.

Freight For orders containing oversize/overweight products, freight shipping is quoted by order.

Damaged Shipments

All shipments should be inspected at the time of delivery. Damaged packages should be refused. Please contact the courier/freight carrier to report any damage then call us at 1.800.962.1606 for further assistance with the damaged shipment.


Products may be returned if you are unsatisfied with your order at any time within 30 days of the date of sale. We will refund the amount paid for the product. Products must not be used, damaged, missing components or manufacturer’s paperwork. Returns must be in original packaging. Our refunds do not include shipping charges. For proper processing of returns, please email us to request a Return Goods Authorization number (RGA). Please be sure to include your order number in the email. Returns may be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Please write your name, order number, and RGA on the package for efficient identification and processing of your return. Please note that we do not pay the shipping charges involved in returning goods, except on the exchange of defective or damaged products.
