- ORDERING AND PAYMENTS.
HOW DO I ORDER?
To order online anytime, day or night, on our website, find the product you want to purchase. Select the options and quantity you desire, then click "Add to Cart” to add the product to your "Cart.” Your Shopping "Cart” is where you put all the products you are considering purchasing. You can add, remove and change quantities of as many products as you want in your "Cart” without commitment, just like being in a store.
The "Cart” is shown when you select "VIEW CART" or the cart icon at the top right of the page. You can see your products, the subtotal, tax and the total purchase amount. If you want to add more products to your "Cart” while in your cart, click "Continue Shopping,” and it will take you back to our product catalogue.
To get a shipping quote before purchasing the products in your cart, click "Proceed to Checkout,” enter your name and address and click "Continue to Shipping Options" to find the shipping cost. Here is where you can select "In-Store Pickup" as well. To complete your order from here, you must review all your order details and leave some special instructions if needed before selecting your payment method.
Your order is only placed when you click "Submit Order” on the last step after putting in your payment information. You will immediately receive an email with your invoice confirming your order was successful.
HOW DO I GET HELP WITH MY ORDER?

HOW AND WHEN DO I PAY?
- Your payment is processed in the very last step of the checkout process.
- All our prices are in CANADIAN DOLLARS.
- We accept VISA, Mastercard and email transfers. See specific details for each below.
- NOTE: If you have selected E-Transfer, you will receive instructions on your emailed invoice to complete an E-Transfer to our account. This is not done automatically for you, and your order will not be processed until payment has been made, although we will call you if there is a problem with the order.
Credit Cards
VISA and Mastercard are accepted for purchases up to $ 20,000.00. A 2% surcharge will be applied for credit card orders over $10000.00. Your card will be charged when you place your order. All transactions are secure and encrypted, ensuring your card details and personal info are protected.
Email Money Transfer
Email Money Transfers are accepted for all orders up to $10000. After placing your order, you will receive the required details on your emailed invoice to make the E-transfer. Your order will be processed after payment is confirmed, and we will call you if there are any problems.
Direct Bank Transfer
Bank Transfers are accepted for large orders. Contact us to receive more information on this option. As an alternative to a bank transfer, you can take a certified cheque from your bank to your local TD Canada Trust and deposit it to the account information you will receive from us after placing your order. Your order will be processed after payment has cleared.
TAXES
All orders are subject to applicable provincial GST, QST or HST based on the shipping address.
