Limited Warranty
Livestock Equipment Canada warrants to the original purchaser that its products will be free from manufacturers defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 30 days from the date of purchase. This warranty applies only to products purchased from an authorized dealer. Beyond that period we honor the manufacturer's warranty on all products we sell. Please refer to the specific manufacturer's warranty for detailed terms and conditions.
Warranty Coverage
This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship. It does not cover damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, accident, alteration, or unauthorized repair.
Warranty Claims
If you have any questions or require warranty service, please contact us directly. To make a warranty claim, please contact our customer service at 1.800.962.1606. Proof of purchase, a description of the defect, and any relevant photos or documentation will be required.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Livestock Equipment Canada disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Livestock Equipment Canada does not warrant that the products will meet your specific requirements or that the operation of the products will be uninterrupted or error-free. You assume all risk and liability for the selection, use and performance of the products.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Livestock Equipment Canada be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) the use or inability to use the products; (ii) cost of procurement of substitute goods or services; (iii) unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data; or (iv) any other matter relating to the products, even if Livestock Equipment Canada has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
